Energy Healing - 3 session Reiki package

​I offer a truly holistic service to help you heal physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.​ I'm trained in a number of healing modalities & I find that I often blend healing styles during a treatment, this is why I'm now offering a unique mix & match service. Why have just one form of healing when you could have them all!​ When you book a healing session, we'll have a chat to find out which treatment would work best for you. If you're drawn to a particular modality, crystal healing for example, no problem. It's your treatment & you can have what works for you.​ Energy healing can help with many issues, including:​ 🟢 Stress relief 🟢 Pain relief 🟢 Emotional trauma 🟢 Cutting cords to past relationships 🟢 Past life issues & clearing the ancestral line 🟢 Self-confidence & self-worth 🟢 Relaxation 🟢 Improved overall wellness 🟢 Better sleep 🟢 Improved memory & cognitive function ​You can also mix & match with an oracle card reading, the time is yours & we can choose together the best package for you. Each treatment will usually last for 1 hour but you can book a double appointment if you wish.​ Energy healing works by harnessing the energy all around us, I don't take yours or give you mine. You'll only be touched on your shoulders at the beginning & end of the session. During the treatment I may walk around you sensing your energy or sit completely still & tune in that way. Any energy blockages will be released & I'll let you know after the session what I found.​ I usually recommend 3 sessions to start at fortnightly intervals, then you can progress to monthly appointments if you prefer. Even if you only come for 1 session it will help, but won't be as effective as having a series of treatments.​​
