Cancellation Policy

* A deposit is payable online at the time of booking with the remaining balance being payable on the day by cash, bank transfer or card. * A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of any booking, if this is not received, the deposit paid will be forfeited. If paid in full online, an alternative booking will be offered but an additional £10 payment will be required before the new appointment.
